自动续费会员服务协议

感谢您使用本应用的会员订阅服务。为了保障您的权益，请仔细阅读本协议。订阅本服务即表示您已阅读并同意以下条款：

1. 订阅服务说明
   • 本应用提供的会员服务为 自动续费订阅。
   • 您确认并同意：订阅成功后，系统会在您的 Apple ID 账户中扣除相应费用。
2. 订阅周期与价格
   • 订阅周期和价格以应用内展示及 Apple App Store 的信息为准。
   • 不同订阅类型（如月度、年度）会在购买页面清晰标注。
3. 自动续费机制
   • 除非您在到期前至少24小时关闭自动续费，否则系统会在订阅到期前24小时内自动续费并扣款。
4. 订阅管理与取消
   • 您可以前往 [Apple ID 设置 → 订阅] 管理或取消订阅。
   • 取消订阅后，本周期内已支付的费用不予退还，但您可以继续使用会员权益直至周期结束。
5. 退款政策
   • 除法律另有规定外，已支付的订阅费用不可退款。
6. 用户责任
   • 您应妥善保管 Apple ID 及支付账户，因账号保管不善导致的损失由您自行承担。
7. 协议变更
   • 我们有权根据业务需要调整本协议内容，并提前在应用或网站上公告。

Auto-Renewable Subscription Agreement

Thank you for using the membership subscription service of this app. Please read this agreement carefully. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Service
   • The membership service is auto-renewable.
   • You acknowledge and agree that subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
2. Subscription Period and Price
   • Subscription periods and prices are shown in-app and on the Apple App Store purchase page.
   • Different subscription types (e.g., monthly, yearly) will be clearly indicated.
3. Auto-Renewal
   • Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions will automatically renew within 24 hours before expiration.
4. Manage and Cancel
   • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in [Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions].
   • If canceled, the current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy
   • Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
6. User Responsibility
   • You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID and payment account secure. Losses due to mismanagement are at your own risk.
